Underlining text while using Mathtext

Mathtext now supports the \underline command.

plt.text(0.4, 0.7, r'This is $\underline{underlined}$ text.')
plt.text(0.4, 0.3, r'So is $\underline{\mathrm{this}}$.')
plt.show()
